Description

Upside Down is an acrylic painting of a night scene with milky way sky reflected in the lake below. The mirror image of the sky is silhouetted by reeds in the foreground. This painting is inspired a fascination of the cosmos, milky way and a love of night photography. I was watching alot of Stranger Things when this painting was finishing this off so instead of making it more polished and realistic I decided to go down a more unreal playful route.

This small acrylic painting is made on a wood panel and framed in a white St Ives frame.
