Terms and Conditions

Returns are not accepted for change of mind purposes. The paintings are fragile and must be packed and shipped in a specific way.

To avoid any disappointment, please feel free to send me a photo of your proposed space and I can mock up the painting in situ.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact me immediately if the painting (or frame) is damaged or if you receive the wrong item or if it does not arrive, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Refund or replace

In the unlikely event your painting should be lost or damaged during transit, a replacement or refund will be made available. For one of a kind paintings (and due to the length of time it takes to make each piece), the replacement will be addressed on a case by case basis. Please note, replacements will not be the same as the original painting.

Shipping is included as standard.
